Don't you tink it's a very silly thing to do? Interview house ic for a camp? What the fuck info do u tink u can get from interviews? DO u tink i'm applying for a job? Hell no! U nd to haf more humanity in handling the selection of hse ics! Not thru blardy interviews!

IDIOT'S GUIDE TO CHOOSING A HOUSE IC

1) references from frens and people who knows the person!
it's a god damn straight forward solution la! Ask ard for opinions and u'r sure to get truthful and insightful info abt ur candidate! From thr u can straightaway know more or less if the person is suitable! Of course pls do not be tt fucking STUPID to ask 1,2,3,4 or only 5 pple! Ask for more than 15 opinions! U wan gd house ics! tt's jus the least u can do! Don't bullshit and say it's not gonna be accurate bcos I'm telling u it's the best source to rely on!

2) meet up with that person for a meal/informal session know his/her personality better!
Sample questions to ask rather than freaking useless role-play scenarios:
- what do u usually do during ur free time?
- wad camps haf u participated in b4?
- wad experiences did u gain from these camps?
- wad flaws did u see while joining these camps?
- any improvements u tink can be done?
- u dare to approach a stranger and start toking to him/her anot?
now get tt "potential" house ic to do it right in front of u! u'll then be able to see if he/she is comfortable wid strangers

3) arrange for a time and make him/her sit in for one of ur camp meetings. Let him/her voice out ideas and contribute during meeting. From there u can judge whether he/she is suitable.

If u dunno how to judge whether someone is suitable to be a house ic, I am so sorry but u are FUCKING NOT fit to be the one deciding who to choose!
