A brief update

Have been a long time since another entry appeared here? Slightly more than 2 weeks... Actually I wanted to make a nice blog skin first before starting on my blog but seem not the case yeah fairly difficult to make a nice blog skin haha. A lot of stuff has happened, can't really list them all down at one go but in summary, there are happy, sad, disappointing, frustrating, irritating, exciting and the list goes on moments yeah. Jus did a test, here's my results:

The Five Love Languages

My primary love language is probably
Acts of Service
with a secondary love language being
Quality Time.

Complete set of results

Acts of Service: 12
Quality Time: 7
Physical Touch: 5
Receiving Gifts: 5
Words of Affirmation: 1

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.

Take the quiz

Had my drums lesson jus hours ago wid the new pair of drum sticks tt i bought for myself! Feels great actually =) Cos my 1st 2 pairs were bought by my sis, 3rd by my really nice family fren (it's black in color btw!) and my lao shi commented tt i needed a slick pair to play better and to produce better sounds. Finally felt the difference today! But the pair tt my fren bought for me wasn't tt bad cos my lao shi actually wanted to choose tt brand when he was wid me to buy my current pair. Tt black pair was used during my maiden performance but at tt time, i couldn't really feel the difference la frankly speaking. I wasn't the least bit prepared and pro in anyway to be up thr on the stage, really. Actually, my fren got me a drum stick bag also which I very much appreciate. I mean the act of him giving me such a cool pair of drum sticks plus the bag to morally support me cos he can't be thr tt day really showed how sincere he was not only for tt incident but reflects very much as a true fren to me. He even gang up wid my sis and did it secretly so as to surprise me! Touched huh? But one thing he told my sis tt i can't help agreeing n being amused is tt he said tt he's always puzzled n anxious to buy me any gifts cos he can nv see emotions reflected on my face! So he'll nv know if i'm happy or not until he receives my thank U msg and it's not really accurate cos out of courtesy, u'll always thank a person for an act of kindness. Haha sorry but i'm jus not gd at displaying my true emotions yeah?

Unwell

I'm feeling really terrible cos of headache which resulted from the fever, sore throat and flu that I got from tues's rain. I sleept through the whole of today literally. Didn't change out of my pyjamas at all and the only thing worth mentioning was that I watched I not stupid 2. Quite a nice show with a lot of meaning in it in terms of local flavour. Yeah, was caught in the rain after the Canon training I attended with Seek on tues at this ulu newton CC. Oh btw, their uniform sucks! Really! I can't imagine myself wearing it so I tink i'm not gonna take up tt job inspite of attanding the training. Haha notti me. Actually frankly speaking I'm not afraid of not having a job, really. It has always been such, maybe cos i'm lucky and not choosy? I'm only afraid tt i can't commit because of FOP. I've like 2 jobs on hand now which came to me naturally(1 forced by my fren to help out, 1 was my previous company), another 1 which will be starting training soon(went for interview ytd and got accepted on the spot but i wasn't really keen, jus wanted to try out only, thought tt it might be interesting, it was recommended by stacy!) and going to reject 2 offers(short term project basis ones) by the company who's in charge of the Canon printer promoter job. I didn't really go source for jobs but they sort of came to me! Haha lucky heh?
