Yeah! My 2nd time gg to permas karting circuit! We needed some practice cos Wan Ping and Benny have both formed their own team to join the National Karting Challenge 2007 and abandon me =( Initial intention was to form a team among ourselves! Hmph! Hopefully i can find 3 karting enthusiats =P

WanPing and Me (Benny was the cameramen as usu)



We played 2 rounds and 'qie4' with some ang mos in the 1st one. THey ain't real good karters and one of them even bumped Benny's on his right rear wheel and sent him spinning! So irresponsible la! Benny kinda injure his back and was aching all the way... The 2nd round was fun too cos we raced with 4 sg guys who specially took an off day to go karting thr.

I have no idea why but Wan Ping started to become v frenly with the boss aft our 1st round. He taught us some techniques to complete a smooth turn and I tried it for the 2nd rd and it works! =D I was able to maintain in the 1st position w/o letting anyone overtake me (I was the 1st to set off) although one guy overtook me for a short while =P

Well dun tink tt's jus it, the highlight of the day for me was...



Yes! Tt's right! Mini Bike n_n I had always wanted to try on mini bike but nv had the chance. The boss no longer operate commercial mini bike rides due to the high percentage of injuries (9 out of 10 riders will start off their ride with a wide smile on their faces and return crying, according to the boss).

As said, Wan Ping suddenly became v frenly w the boss and he even showed us his new karts in the store. Being a little naughty, I asked WanPing to try asking him if he could allow me to ride on the mini bike for jus awhile and after much persuasion that i'll not come back crying, HE AGREED!!!!! =D Wahahaha I was super happy!

I was once again reminded by uncle boss not to cry if i fall. He was nice enough to put on knee and elbow guards for me!

But...
I FELL...

I rammed straight into the tyres placed at the side of the tracks during the 1st bend. I cldn't bend well cos my long legs were stucked and I don't know how to adjust them to the right position. I didn't wan to stop cos i thot i cld complete tt turn and also cos I thot tt i may be thrown off the bike if i jam brake! The feeling of accident was quite "WoaH", just like Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider when he was thrown off his bike during his stunt. ahaha I noe i may sound crazy but i may kinda enjoy it if i'm well protected with jackets and all.



Anw, if u can't see clearly (cos the previous pic was cropped out from the previous previous and blown up), tt was me walking off the accident scene feeling so paiseh cos everyone at the karting circuit was looking at me! The workers there kept luffing at me and told me y go thru all the trouble to injure myself =( Boo!



I got some cuts on my left hand and right elbow. The boss immediately took out his medication when he saw me bleeding...



Thanks Benny for helping me apply the medication but he applied too much of the yellow medication over too huge an area!!! I dun wan cos it's v ugly =P

Oh and the last thing was...
My hip! It's not really clear in the pic but it's a red and black patch on my right hip! Guess I knocked them while I was "rolling" on the floor after being thrown off the mni bike.

Well I must say that I still enjoy tt 3secs of fame. None of the guys present at the place (except for the workers) played mini bike b4 and I'm proud of myself =D *applause* I hope tt uncle boss will let me ride on the bike agn! Of course not b4 teaching me some riding skills =D
